How does the free trial work?
The annual plan starts with 7 free days. Nothing is charged during the trial. Finn lets you know 2 days before it ends. If you don't cancel, the annual subscription starts automatically.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Finn › Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from the app: Profile › Subscription › Manage or cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
I changed phones and can't find my subscription.
In the app, open Profile › Subscription › Restore purchase, using the same Apple account you made the purchase with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Account and progress
How do I make sure I don't lose my progress?
Link your account to Apple or Google: Profile › Save your progress. You'll find your stories and your notebook again on another phone.
How do I delete my account?
Profile › My account › Delete my account. All your data is permanently erased. Your App Store subscription must be cancelled separately.
