Delete your data

Here's how to have your data deleted, depending on where we got it.

Finn app

In the app, open Profile › My account › Delete my account. Your account and all your data are permanently erased right away.

Your App Store subscription is managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Finn › Cancel Subscription.

If you commented on one of our posts or received a message from us on Instagram:

Email colpaertmatthias@gmail.com, or send a direct message to @stories.with.finn.
Include your Instagram username and the words “delete my data”.

We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation. Messages already delivered remain in your Instagram inbox; you can delete them there.

Even without a request, this data is deleted automatically after 6 months. To stop receiving messages, just write “stop”.

To remove your email address from the waitlist, write to colpaertmatthias@gmail.com.
